Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 2jbit (hereinafter "2jbit", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://2jbit.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 2jbit platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 2jbit, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the User's jurisdiction or the operator's licensing conditions, whichever is greater.
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Register in their own legal name and provide accurate, current and complete personal information during the registration process.
• Not hold any other active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device or IP address is permitted.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party or using any third party's financial instruments to fund the Account.
• Not have previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any affiliate platform operated by 2jbit.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of 2jbit or its affiliated service providers.

2jbit reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the Account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances and mandatory refund of deposits, subject to applicable law.

Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on 2jbit requires the provision of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. By submitting a registration form, the User warrants that all information provided is truthful, accurate and current.

4.1 Identity Verification Process

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time the operator deems necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance, 2jbit may require the User to complete a KYC verification process. Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport — showing the User's full name, date of birth and photograph;
• A proof of residential address document dated within the preceding three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement;
• A selfie or liveness verification photograph taken through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal;
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account, such as a screenshot of a mobile wallet or bank statement.

4.2 Document Integrity

All submitted documents must be unaltered, legible and valid. Users must never alter, obscure, crop, edit or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4.3 Secure Submission

Identity documents must only be uploaded through 2jbit's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Documents should never be transmitted via social media, unencrypted messaging applications or email unless expressly directed by 2jbit's verified support team through an authenticated support channel.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

The 2jbit Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, advantage play schemes or any conduct that constitutes fraud or cheating;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, misfires or technical failures of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or sharing Account access with another person;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or in violation of anti-money-laundering regulations applicable in any jurisdiction;
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus or harmful data to or through the Platform;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, software or intellectual property belonging to 2jbit without prior written authorisation.

Breach of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and civil or criminal proceedings where applicable law permits.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits into a 2jbit Account may be made using the payment methods displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum deposit amounts, processing windows and any applicable transaction fees are displayed within the cashier interface and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

6.1 Pakistan Payment Context

Familiar Pakistan-based payment infrastructure — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced in Platform materials as educational context for Pakistani Users. 2jbit expressly disclaims any endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any of these providers. Users must independently verify whether a specific payment method is available in the cashier and review that provider's own terms and conditions before initiating any transaction.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to the User's Account upon confirmation of receipt by 2jbit's payment processor. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside 2jbit's control.
• 2jbit does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. The User is responsible for any such fees.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

A User may submit a withdrawal request only after completing identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of 2jbit's compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed in a pending state until verification is concluded.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawals will, where reasonably practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing timelines vary by payment method and are subject to the processing windows of third-party providers. Indicative timelines are displayed in the cashier but are not guaranteed.
• 2jbit reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal, including enhanced KYC verification or source-of-funds evidence, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Withdrawal of a Real-Money Balance below the required wagering threshold may result in forfeiture of any associated Bonus Funds.

7.3 Currency

Where a User's Account is configured to display balances in PKR, withdrawal amounts will be converted from the base currency of the Platform at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 2jbit does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions

2jbit may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend incentives and other promotional offers. The specific terms governing each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, time limits and any geographic or payment-method restrictions — are published at the time the offer is made available and form part of these Terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, household or IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated expiry period. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the stated validity window.
• 2jbit reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed in accordance with their original terms.
• Where 2jbit suspects abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of bonus arbitrage, it reserves the right to void associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend or close the Account.
• Promotional amounts are illustrative (e.g., "up to PKR 10,000" or "up to PKR 25,000") and are subject to the specific published terms. No bonus amount is guaranteed until the qualifying criteria are met.

Betting Rules

9.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including but not limited to cricket, football, UFC, PSL T20 and ICC tournament markets — are subject to 2jbit's published sportsbook rules, which are available within the betting interface. Key provisions include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to acceptance.
• 2jbit reserves the right to suspend markets, void individual bets or void entire events in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, match postponements, abandoned events, or suspected betting irregularities.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Communication delays may affect the timing of bet acceptance; bets placed after the relevant action has occurred may be voided.

9.2 Casino Games

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant games — are provided by third-party game content studios. Each game has its own published RTP (Return to Player) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 2jbit does not guarantee any specific outcome, win frequency or payout amount. All outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game outcome, the User must contact 2jbit support within 72 hours of the contested event. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. 2jbit's decision, following review of available records and technical logs, shall be final.

Responsible Gambling

2jbit is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a range of tools — accessible from within Account settings — to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: A ceiling on net losses over a defined period, after which further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: An alert or automatic logout after a defined play session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a fixed period or permanently. During exclusion, deposits are blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.

Users are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Gambling should be an entertainment activity only, not a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jbit Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface, software, text, game assets and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 2jbit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual-property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence, right or interest in any intellectual property of 2jbit is granted to Users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbit shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the User's use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service thereon, whether caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events or any other cause outside 2jbit's reasonable control;
• Third-party payment processing delays, errors or failures;
• Any loss or damage resulting from the User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 2jbit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination of Account

13.1 Termination by the User

A User may close their Account at any time by contacting 2jbit customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal of Real-Money Balance will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Termination by 2jbit

2jbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity fraud or any other criminal activity;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to comply with a request for identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Detection of multi-accounting, collusion or systematic bonus abuse;
• Requirements of applicable law or regulatory instruction.

In the event of Account closure by 2jbit due to fraud or material breach, any Real-Money Balance and Bonus Funds may be forfeited without payment, subject to applicable law and any regulatory requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

2jbit reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Agreement. If a User does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbit holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users accessing 2jbit from Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. 2jbit does not claim to be regulated, licensed or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial or federal authority. Compliance with all local laws remains the sole responsibility of the User.
